About this house rental
This pristine Beachwood unit is perfect for a family get-away. Just steps away from the beach make this a perfect location! On the main level, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Living room opens up to a patio where we are sure you will enjoy your morning coffee or an outdoor dinner. There is also a half bath downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King and an in-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom also has a King with an in-suite bathroom, and there are 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom, which also has an in-suite bathroom. Aside from the beach access being directly across the street, you have 2 pools to enjoy on this property. Along with many other amenities, you have access to rent golf carts, bicycles and you will find walking trails throughout. This unit is sure to please for your family getaway.

Our stay at Amelia Island Beachwood Villa was incredibly special and full of memories. We rented the exact villa my father purchased in the early 1970s, where I spent so many of my summer vacations growing up, so being able to return and share that experience with my own family was truly priceless. Walking back into a place filled with so many cherished memories made this trip extra meaningful.Beyond the nostalgia, the villa itself was wonderful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, trails, and shops, making everything easy and convenient. One of my favorite touches was the bird bath and bird feeder. As an avid birdwatcher, I absolutely loved sitting and watching the activity each day. It added such a peaceful, personal element to our stay. The village also had every thing you needed to make meals, coffee, and all the appliances including iron and ironing board, hair dryers and curling irons. It is beautifully decorated. The combination of beautiful surroundings, convenience, nature, and treasured family memories made this trip unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to return again.
