The great room (living room) showcases a beautiful open area providing a magnificent view of the golf course. A perfect place for relaxation, conversations and watching your favorite TV shows.
The kitchen is bright and open area with granite counter tops, kitchen island, stainless-still high end appliances, gas range and oven, microwave and modern cabinets with convenient pull out drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create fabulous meals with family and friends. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen counter or the six seat round table, with lovely and serene views of the golf course, and desert beauty.
The master bedroom also overlooks the beautiful golf course and features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, one dresser and TV. The large master suite is equipped with dual vanities, each with a sink and large mirrors, a seated make-up station, oval jacuzzi bath, separate enclosed shower, and spacious walk-in closet. An added side door provides easy access from the master bedroom to the patio.
The generously sized guest bedroom is very tastefully decorated and features a full sized bed with two nightstands, TV and a dresser, private bath and private door to access front patio.
The den features a very comfortable queen sleeper sectional sofa and dresser, a cozy place to relax and watch games or movie on TV.
Lastly, guests will surely be drawn to the spacious and beautiful patio area with private pool overlooking the golf course and mountain views. The patio also feature's a gas BBQ, two loungers, couch and two swivel rocker chairs. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and spectacular views.
For golf lovers, two beautifully designed and manicured Troon Golf courses wind through the community, an 18 hole championship course and a visually stunning 18 hole par 3 course, designed by the award winning Schmidt-Curley golf course architecture firm. The North course earned a ranking of 8th best par three course in America (2020) SCSH resident guests enjoy preferred tee times and green fees. With over 124 golf courses in the surrounding Coachella Valley, this is truly a golfer's paradise.

This is a beautiful, spacious house on a golf course with awesome views of the course and mountains. We enjoyed our 6 week stay. Close to everything. Lori the owned was quick to answer any of our concerns. Note that the pool is not heated. (You would need to turn the heat on in the early morning in order to swim by late afternoon and then turn off). Because of that, (and cooler weather) we only used the pool 3 times in our 6 week stay. (That was disappointing for us). Thank-you Lori for sharing your home with us.

This is a nice home within a 55+ community with very nice amenities located on the fairway of the 11th hole. Home is stocked with plenty of basic items. When we arrived there were areas of the walls with dirt and footprints that needed to be washed down and the outdoor furniture was too dirty to sit on, but I would put that on the cleaning people, not the owner. Nice collection of outdoor seating and pool was cleaned regularly by a professional, so very nice to sit outside. Had a few replacement needs and the caretaker was easily accessible and responded promptly. Well set up to access the communities amenities via the Homeowners Association.
