Our home is located in a private gated community, it features 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. All beds are brand new and have high quality duvets and luxury bedding. You could sleep up to 8 people in this magnificent home. This home is just moments away from Sun City, and PGA West Golf. There is great shopping at El Paseo and Cabazon Outlet Mall. It features a large open concept dinning and living room, double sliding doors to a huge covered patio overlooking the pool. There are three TVs in the house that can be found in the living room, master bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has double sinks and soaker tub and separate shower. The master is separated from the other bedrooms in its own wing of the house. The home and all the bedrooms are beautifully furnished. The home also has hot water on demand so will never run out of hot water. The gourmet kitchen has gas cook top and double ovens and is fully stocked with everything the chef will need. The back yard features a first class saltwater pool/spa with gas fire-bowl and water features with great LED lighting. You will enjoy the warm desert days and nights beside the pool lounging on the many outdoor furniture options, and eating at the patio table overlooking the pool.

The home layout was great for visiting family members. Separated Fromm the master bedroom for quiet privacy. The backyard pool and spa area were fantastic. The home owners were instantly responsive to any questions or issues. (There were no issues).

This is our second time renting this house and it remains the best place we have stayed. The house is clean and comfortable, the backyard is private and the pool is lovely. Jackie is an amazing host and responds immediately! The pool is shaded in the afternoon which is perfect for the kids! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This rental is really something special! My wife and I have stayed in quite a few rental properties over the last 15 years, and this one is by far our favorite. Every aspect of the listing is spot on, and the property looks even better in person. We had such a relaxing time that we did not want to leave!!!
The thing that is most important to us is outdoor space, and this home did not disappoint. The backyard and pool area feels like your own private resort. The landscaping is beautiful, and there are plenty of options for lounging in the sun or staying cool in the shade. There was also a nice selection of pool toys and floats.
The beautiful home is very clean, well maintained, and has A LOT of space! We enjoyed grilling and cooking in the large fully stocked kitchen. The home was so comfortable, we skipped going out just to stay in to enjoy it.
The location was perfect, close to grocery stores and a short drive to lots of restaurants and shops.
Working with Jackie was a delight. Booking was a breeze, and communication was always quick, thorough, and friendly. She made our check in/check out super easy, and checked in with us during our stay to ensure we were having a great experience.
Don’t hesitate to book, but please don’t tell too many people... we would really like it to be available every once in a while, so we can come back and stay again!!!
