Step inside to be greeted by a well-appointed, air-conditioned living space with free WiFi running throughout and a private washer/dryer where you can toss your swimsuits and towels. There's a full kitchen with sleek black appliances and a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining table, and an oceanfront balcony just through the glass doors. Additional amenities include flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms for your evening entertainment.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.

A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything about the unit itself was awesome. Perfect location, view, etc. It's was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only downside is the pool at this place had so many rules. No jumping in, no pool toys, no snacks. People were calling it the no-fun pool. Otherwise great stay!

The ocean view from the balcony just draws you in.
The 2 bedroom condo was tastefully decorated, the master king bedroom has a walk-in shower. The fan should be turned on while showering.
The other bedroom has an extra bed in it. The bathroom has the washer and dryer. The dryer takes a long time.
When we left we put a load of towels in the washer the placed in the dryer. Then started another load of towels. These were the condo’s linens.
They ask you to remove trash, start dishwasher we did and pit them away.
The owner kindly got a can opener which made me smile as it was one of my questions.
The Wi-Fi which the password comes from Vacasa that was not my favorite I am used to a faster speed.
The ocean is quick access returning there is an outside shower with also hoses to rinse all your chairs etc.
The pool nicely heated and clean.
Bathrooms close by to take care of your needs.
When arriving I was a bit confused.
Checking in is 2 different locations, The Vacasa office which you can get their location. If they are closed they send you instructions to get the packet. AKA key to the front door of the lobby as it closes at 10pm.
The parking is ONE 🚙 car, $40. Cash and you get your pool passes, in the same location 1st floor Long and Foster’s office.
They must be returned to Long and Foster at check out.
The front door key goes back to Vacasa. It’s about 8 min. Drive same street.
The place was clean I was impressed. All in all I would recommend this place.
Fenwick Island is close to drive nice places to eat. Acme is in walking distance oh on the ground level there are shopping carts to use to get your groceries to make things easier.

The unit itself was lovely—clean, spacious, and perfect for the three of us. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony with beautiful ocean views.
However, the parking situation was a major downside. We had two cars and trying to get an additional parking permit was incredibly frustrating. The rental office charges $20 per day for extra parking, and you have to physically go back to the office early morning each day to get a new permit— by 10am the office informed us that they'd be towing cars without permit!! Definitely not ideal when you're trying to enjoy a stress-free vacation.
It would make much more sense for the building to offer parking permits based on the length of your stay or at least streamline the process. Unfortunately, this poor parking management really took away from an otherwise great experience.

We have vacationed at the pyramid on and off for over 30 years… I never leave negative reviews however the black mold in the bathrooms are disgusting! I would be embarrassed if I were the owner! Top Surfaces were cleaned, and wiped but Floors were again very dirty! when we arrived they were vacuumed but def needed to be mopped before guests arrive! Very nice that towels and linens were provided and the tile on the balcony is very nice feature as well. I would return to the pyramid but not this room again.
