Very cute 1890`s house located in the heart of Santa Rosa. Wonderful backyard to enjoy the great weather. Wrap around deck is a great place in enjoy a local wine or craft brew.
Note quiet hours between- 9pm-8am due to city noise ordinance - maximum 4 sleeping guest - 2 daytime visitors. 2 off street parking spaces. Notification that outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.
The neighborhood is a wonderful downtown community. 5 minute walk to Railroad Square. The neighborhood has a corner bakery - cofffee shop two beautiful parks one with a dog park.
The West End neighborhood is a great place close so many wonderful places to visit.
The full house and backyard is yours to use.
