The property was nice and as advertised. The neighborhood is older, with some homes in good condition and some not, with an indoor shopping mall nearby.

House was cute and matched the listing. Enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were comfortable. Location was excellent.

This home is in the perfect location for everything we love. Sebastopol, Sonoma, Napa, Bodega Bay, and hiking at Mt Hood. House was perfectly and thoughtfully stocked. We did have a pet emergency while we were staying and the Banfield nearby was amazing and companionate.

Excellent property, and very comfortable stay. I was attending a conference at the nearby Hyatt, and this was an easy walk. Great home base for exploring Sonoma and adjacent areas too. Would definitely recommend!
