In the heart of the village of Monticello, follow a small path lined with plants to discover this charming house and its outdoor spaces.
It’s a charming, welcoming historic home, renovated with all modern comforts. The decor is warm and inspired by the Mediterranean.
The 85-square-meter house is spread over two levels
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- The main entrance leading to a bright living room with a sea view.
It’s comfortable and a great place to read or watch a movie, for example.
- A bedroom with a sea view, featuring a double bed and storage.
- A bathroom with a toilet.
- A laundry room (with a washing machine and storage)
Climb the spiral staircase, and upstairs you’ll find:
- An air-conditioned living area with a sitting area, dining area, and kitchen, featuring a superb view of the sea; this space opens onto the outdoor terraces.
- An air-conditioned master bedroom with a sea view, featuring a double bed and a closet.
- A private bathroom with a toilet.
- Two terraces let you enjoy the outdoors.
On the south-facing terraces (each 20 m²), you can enjoy beautiful summer evenings and barbecues—they’re also perfect for breakfast. The second terrace, under a pergola, is surrounded by greenery and a large fig tree that bears wonderful fruit you can enjoy during your stay.
An ideal spot for drinks, reading, and relaxing after returning from the beach, for example.
