Comfortable, elegantly decorated, the house has a through lounge with fully equipped kitchen.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen.
ROOM 1: 1 double bed 140x190.
ROOM 2: 1 double bed 140x190.
ROOM 3: 2 single beds 80x200 with an en-suite bathroom including a shower and a washbasin.
There is also a second bathroom including a shower and washbasin.
Two toilets.
ON THE OUTSIDE:
Outdoor Spa / Jacuzzi for 5 people.
The spa is maintained weekly by the pool technician.
Garden and patios.
Parking available for 3 vehicles and bicycles.
Possibility of parking in front of the house.
The villa is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
Villa not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Included services:
The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on-site are included.

Getting over the bridge took a while (long queues) but when we saw the property we were very pleased. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room inside and outside. The bed was comfy and the ensuite shower great. Loved the hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose here! There were good bars and restaurants within walking distance along with a fantastic bakers!! The island had plenty of sites for us to visit and really enjoyed taking the boat to La Rochelle. Be aware of the number of bikes on the roads, never seen so many! May be if we come back we'll hire some and join in. A great holiday destination.
