Located in Sainte Marie, in the authentic district of Grenettes where families and surfers meet in a friendly atmosphere, this independent house renovated by an architect will seduce you. 150m from the beach, it has three bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people in a refined and bright atmosphere, all of the windows overlooking the private heated swimming pool. A real paradise for holidays or a change of scenery close to nature.

Nestled in the picturesque Isle de Ré, this property is a haven for relaxation and adventure alike. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, while the comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms ensure a restful stay. Located in a charming, child-friendly area, the accommodation offers easy access to stunning scenery, local shops, and delectable restaurants.
What truly sets this place apart, however, are the exceptional hosts, Majid and Ellyn. Their warmth and dedication to guest satisfaction are unparalleled. They arranged for us to have fantastic chef come in to prepare a memorable birthday meal. Always available and eager to assist, they make every guest feel like family. As someone who travels extensively for work, I can attest to the rarity of such genuine hospitality.

The house was great. Really well laid out with everything we could think of including a BBQ which we had not expected. Beds were comfortable. Pool was fantastic. Very quiet and private and not overlooked by other houses and close to local beach and short cycle form village and other beaches.
Majid was very welcoming, checking up on us during our stay and was flexible about the checkin and checkout time which was extremely helpful.
Overall we loved it and would recommend it. Many thanks
