The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. It's ideally located close to Plage de La Salée (18 min walk) and Montamer beach (20 min walk). The accommodation is fully equipped and is perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family. The house is large, spacious and very bright, and has a large garden with an area equipped with garden furniture. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, with large dressing rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. There is also Netflix available on both televisions, as well as a capsule machine, ironing board, kettle, toaster and a large gas barbecue. The neighbourhood is quiet. 4 bikes are also available for your rides ( 2 women's models ; 2 men's models )
The house is close to the anquioche square with the market, as well as a Carrefour.

With its 100km of cycle track, horse riding and salt marshes to visit, boredom is not present. In Ars-en-Ré, the church and the fishermen's huts are to be discovered. To taste fresh fish or oysters, the ideal place is at Saint-Clément des Baleines, where the 57-meter high Phare des Baleines (Whale Lighthouse) will amaze young and old alike.
