About this house rental

A short distance from rock climbing, theme parks, and more, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 19-minute drive to Disneyland® Paris or the 13-minute drive to Val d'Europe (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime). Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Pontault-Combault by hopping on a metro at Émerainville-Pontault-Combault RER Station, just a short 15-minute walk away.

After you return, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the outdoor furniture and fitness center. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi, TV, stereo, and DVD player.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and toilet paper. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include a BBQ grill and an ironing board.

I will explain the ratings above. Helene was helpful but the property was inaccurately described. The key failure was not to mention that that we had to share the house with 2 cats. After the confirmation booking we were informed that we would have to feed them. In the advert it states no pets. We accepted this as property availability during the Olympics was in high demand and extremely expensive. On arrival we had a number of additional tasks, including ensuring the cats were locked inside the house. This turned out to be a nightmare. It took us 2 hours only to find they escaped via a broken cat flap. I was told to block the exit but despite our best efforts they initially got very stressed, and escaped. During their confinement they made a significant mess in the garage area and in the house.The property was advertised as 2 bathrooms, the 2nd bathroom consisted of 2 areas. A downstairs shower room, the 2nd toilet was located in the garage and shared with the cats. It was frankly unusable. ( Even the host didn’t use that toilet) The home had a security system which we followed her instructions, only to find that without notice the owner made several unauthorised returned visits in violation of Vrbo terms and conditions. The 2nd bedroom - bed had a metal bin holding up one side of the bed. On our last night the broken gate was fixed and as we had no keys were forced to jump over a 4 ft wall and drag a suitcase over the next day.Also we were requested to fullyclean the home.

Un séjour très agréable; la propriété est un bijou. La maison est bien agencée et très pratique, le jardin sans vis à vis, en plus d'être beau et bien entretenue, est aussi très bien aménagé. La piscine est un grand plus dans cette location, les enfants ont bien profité. Un grand merci pour la propriétaire et ses filles pour leur bon accueil

L’accueil et le logement ont était parfait, on ne manque de rien dans cet appartement . Logement très propre et au calme. Manifique jardin avec piscine très bien entretenu. Propriétaires toujours a l’écoute de la moindre demande , je reviendrai avec plaisir. LE CHAT reste sur place et il est adorable, étant effrayé par notre visite nous ne l avons pas beaucoup vu.
