About this house rental
Located 150 meters from the beach and shops of La Parée, within a residence with a shared unheated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), this single-story, two-bedroom house (sleeps 4) features a private garden.
The house includes: an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a lounge area (sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV), a dining area (table, chairs), and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven).
Wi-Fi access.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm) + storage.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80 cm) and a closet.
A shower room (vanity unit, shower) and a separate toilet.
The living room opens onto a pleasant garden with a terrace (garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, barbecue, awning) and 2 bicycle racks.
A storage room with a washing machine.
A private parking space.
Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€90), can be booked through the agency.
Security deposit: €350 by credit card only (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be required.
Some amenities (swimming pool, outdoor games, etc.) may be unavailable due to external events and/or circumstances beyond the agent's control; the renter will not be entitled to any compensation.

Très agréable location de vacances, très propre et bien équipée, joliment décorée,proche de la plage, jardin avec transats,table et chaises pour profiter de tous les repas en extérieur grâce au store banne, et le plus, la piscine de la résidence
