Just 150 meters from the beach, shops, and entertainment of La Parée, this two-story, two-bedroom house is located in a residence with a shared, unheated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). It features a private garden.
The accommodation includes: on the ground floor, an entrance hall with a separate toilet, a main living room (table, chairs, sofa, TV unit with flat-screen TV), and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher).
Wi-Fi access is available.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, vanity unit, towel warmer, and toilet).
Bedroom 1: one double bed (140 cm) and storage.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe.
The main living room opens onto a pleasant private garden equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue. A storage room with a washing machine.
A private parking space.

Séjour idéale avec la piscine et l'océan tout proche.
Maison très bien équipée (seul bémol pour nous literie un peu dur, et l'accès pour les vélos par la maison)
La clim serait un plus appréciable

Convient tout à fait pour une famille de 4 personnes. La maison est confortable et suffisamment spacieuse pour 4 (2 adultes, 1 ado, 1 enfant). Elle a toutes les prestations nécessaires (LV, LL, Equipements de cuisines,...).
Elle est de plus située à 5 minutes de la plage et 10 minutes du centre-ville.
