House by the Sea. Landing Beach

Independent accommodation, on the same land as the host's house. Ideally located, quiet. Central, equidistant from the port (500m), the sea (800m), the village (800m) and the shopping street (300m). 10 min walk from the magnificent beach of Ouistreham Riva-Bella and 500 m from the ferry terminal to Portsmouth. You will enjoy a completely refurbished and independent house. Studio of 22m2 with 1 single bed with 1 bed 140 its stone wall and decorative fireplace, its beautiful bathroom, a semi-covered terrace of 13 m2 which remains cool even in hot weather. Stone house from the beginning of the century, which remains cool in summer, with its old stone fireplace, refurbished in 2021.
Other remarks
Bed linen and towels are not included. You have two options:
- bring your own linen for 1 bed 140, a duvet 200×200 and 2 square pillows (or rectangles on request when booking)
- rent bed linen + towels
(complete kit for 2 people, double bed 140: bed linen + towels = 25€ including 1 fitted sheets + 1 duvet cover 200x200 + 2 pillowcases 65×65 and 2 pillowcases 50×70 + 2 large towels + 2 small towels + bath mat + dish towel, hand towels

Composition of the room:
A double bed of 140: a duvet, two pillows 65*65 and on request 2 pillows 50*70.

In autumn and winter, the heating must be switched off after departure like all electrical appliances.

Ideal for cycling on the 96 km of cycle paths, water sports, swimming pools, thalassotherapy, casino or tennis. The bird sanctuary.

When the car has to be immobilized for more than 2 days, parking spaces are possible 120 m from the house but not in front of the house due to neighborhood rules. On the other hand, if you use your vehicle, parking is possible!
