About this apartment rental
The accommodations are part of the beautiful Anglo-Norman style Villa Chantereyne, the closest villa to the entrance to the beach of RIVA-BELLA.
Independent from the rest of the house, it constitutes the 1st floor of the rear wing of the villa.
Very bright and very quiet, it is totally new with a surface area of 25m2 accessible by a large south-facing terrace.
Its original half-timbered architecture, with large trapezoidal windows, gives it exceptional luminosity and charm.
IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE BOOKING:
The bed will be as in the photos, with mattress, duvet and pillows with mattress protector.
Sheets to cover them are not provided: you must come with your bed linen (duvet cover 220x240; mattress cover 140x190; 2 pillowcases 63x63).
However, you have the possibility to rent some on site (15€ for the bed kit).
Similarly, remember to bring your towels (rental possible on site if you ask me, 5€ for a large towel or 3€ for a small towel).
A dish towel will be made available to you.
Cleaning: Cleaning is at your expense. Some utensils and household products will be at your disposal but it is safer to bring some. Any obvious lack of cleanliness at the return of the accommodation can be deducted from the deposit.
However, if you do not wish to take care of it, you have the possibility to take the cleaning option in addition (count 20€/stay, ask me).
Your garbage cans will be emptied by yourself when you leave.
For your breakfast, note that you have a kettle and 2 coffee machines at your disposal according to your preference (1 Nespresso and 1 Bodum).
The studio will of course be for you and maybe also the terrace (ask me).
You can park your vehicle on site.
If you are interested in parking there before picking up the apartment (for information, parking is paid outside in mid and high season), it is possible if you do not disturb the vehicles on site. Please let me know in this case.
