🌿 Welcome to Villa MO-MAÂ 🌿
The small Villa MO-MAÂ (35 m²) is nestled in the heart of a pine forest, within a quiet, family-friendly residence — ideal for relaxing holidays surrounded by nature.
Thanks to direct access to bike paths, you can easily reach:
the unspoiled “Les Chênes Lièges” beach in just 5 minutes by bike,
local shops and the livelier central beach in 10 minutes.
The villa is ideal for 4 guests and can accommodate up to 5 people.
🏡 The accommodation
Access to the villa is via a few steps.
The villa has been recently renovated and is then entirely on one level.
You will enjoy a fully fenced garden with no overlooking neighbors, perfect for children, as well as a large wooden terrace facing East and South. Two shaded areas ensure comfort throughout the day:
one with a shade sail,
the other with an electric awning.

Children’s sleeping area, open to the living room, with bunk beds (90 × 200)
Master bedroom with a Bultex bed (140 × 200), adjoining the bathroom with walk-in shower
Separate WC
5th sleeping option on the sofa bed in the living room

🍽️ Kitchen & living area
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows you to comfortably cook for the whole family:
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker.
You will particularly enjoy the bar area overlooking the pine forest, perfect for sharing convivial moments.
The living area offers ADSL internet with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
💻 Home office
For intensive remote work, the internet connection in the villa may be limited.
As an alternative, a coworking space located at Moliets Golf is available, offering:
high-speed Wi-Fi, desks, meeting rooms, air conditioning, free parking, complimentary coffee and tea, photocopier, scanner, and refrigerator.

Clean and functional.Bunkbeds occupy half of the living room, making it cramped. Kitchen is nice with adjacent decked area.Sheets aren’t provided, and pillows are inadequate (completely flattened…)Location is OK, but access to the unit and the parking spot are very tight for a full-sized car.Owner is responsive and accommodating.

The accommodation was very nice. We received a warm welcome and were given a few tips about the surrounding area. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and the landlords were very easy to contact. The beaches are beautiful and there are all kinds of leisure activities in the area. We would love to come back!

We extremely enjoyed our stay at Claires and Lionels house, it is a wonderful location in the pine woods and so close to the sea.
