About this house rental
Pleasant house with a large garden, ideally located in a private development, surrounded by forest and golf courses.
The house has a separate bedroom with a 1.40 x 1.90 bed.
A "cabin area" with a 90 x 1.90 bunk bed. Large wardrobes for clothes. Fully equipped kitchen with numerous utensils, plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A bathroom with a 1.40 m bathtub and the toilet in a separate, independent area with its own door. Sheets and towels are not included in the rent; they must be brought by the tenants. You can also rent them upon arrival in Moliets through an external service, which will deliver them immediately.
Living room with a glass-enclosed terrace and a large outdoor wooden terrace with unobstructed views and garden furniture. Bedroom and mattress renovated in 2025.

Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, ideally located, close to all amenities such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, tourist office, etc. Numerous leisure activities such as surf schools, bike rentals, Adrenaline Park, horseback riding, etc.
In Moliets. You will be welcomed by an agency located 900 meters from our house. They will ensure that everything is in order upon your arrival and will be available to resolve any problems that may arise during your stay.
Cleaning is not included. Tenants must leave the house in perfect working order and cleanliness for the next tenant to enter. A final cleaning service can be contracted by notifying us upon arrival. Maximum 4 people.

The house is nicely located in an area covered with trees and other vacation houses, 8 minutes away from the beach by bike. The terrace is the highlight of the house; it is spacious and offers a nice view on the sunset.
The inside of the house is made of a small double room (the bed is against the wall), a small night hall with a bunk bed (that gives onto the bathroom and the kitchen, with no doors) and a living space with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a table. When it rains, it is nice to use the veranda.

Uns hat die Woche sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die große Terrasse ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Zu bemängeln ist von unserer Seite nur das Bett welches für mich mit 185cm zu kurz geraten ist. Weiterhin war das Bad (vor allem die Toilette) definitiv nicht gereinigt. Außerdem war einiges Geschirr ziemlich schmutzig (Nudelreste in einem Topf, etliche Teller und Tassen ungewaschen und die leeren Kleiderschränke mussten wir erst noch saugen und wischen. Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen.
