Port Manec'h: a charming house that was recently completely renovated

Adorable property of 140 m2 of living space, consisting of two houses, located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Port Manec'h and the port. Large flat garden enclosed by hedges overlooking a small alley (street) very quiet. Both houses have been renovated recently.

House 1: First floor: entrance, large living room with open fitted kitchen (large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, hand blender, Nespresso, kettle, toaster), fireplace, very bright. A bedroom with a 140 bed. A bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine type landing, large bedroom under the roof with a 160 cm bed (2x80).

House 2: First floor: living room with kitchenette; bedroom 1: 2 x 90 cm beds; bedroom 2: 2 beds of 80 cm and 1 bed of 90 cm; bathroom (washing machine and dryer) with separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom with 160 cm or 2 x 80 cm bed; small games room under the roof.

Linen provided; sheets and towels will be placed on the beds or given by the person who will welcome you.

The village grocery store is at the end of the street. A bike rental/repairer next to the grocery store. The sailing school on the beach. The coastal paths starting from the beach.

Garden furniture, BBQ. Bicycles (keys to the locks on the shelf at the entrance). Possibly during the year, outside school holidays, the main house can be rented alone, which is suitable for either two couples or a family (parents plus 2 children or even an extra bb). The price would then be readjusted: contact the owner but no more access to the washing machine.
Everything is new. Deposit check requested at the entrance of €1,000. Cleaning in addition €75 to be paid directly to the cleaning lady.

Port Manec'h is a very popular seaside resort in southern Finistère, a few kilometres from Pont Aven, city of painters, Concarneau, Quimper, Lorient... Very beautiful region of character to discover on foot from the house, by car, boat or bike!
