About this house rental
House R+1, quiet area, very spacious with panoramic views of the village.
Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms, one of which has a terrace, a bathroom.
On the first floor, master suite with cupboard, shower room, view of the pool and the village, then living and dining room with kitchen opening onto a terrace area, a shower room and garage.
Outside: swimming pool 140 deep with small pool, open and fully equipped summer kitchen, with shower and toilet, underground living room with brazier, second terrace area with bioclimatic pergola. Four cars can park in the driveway. Secure gate.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival: 4 p.m. / Departure: 10 a.m.
Bed linen is provided. Beds are made on arrival. One bath towel per guest.
A travel cot with baby sheets and a high chair is available.
In the village you will find a bakery, grocery store, pizzerias, fruit and vegetable producers, cooperative cellar with sale of wines from the region, medical centre, bar/tabacconist, cycle path.
Local market Saturday and/or Sunday morning.
Nearby Thau pond, beach, river and mountain.

Together with our friends we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this luxurious villa. Tiled pool, outdoor bar and kitchen, pool table, spacious living space, everything is available and neatly cared for. The view from the terrace on the small village (one shop, a bakery and a cafe) was impressive. The hostess and host were extremely friendly and helpful. The Mediterranean Sea is a 20-minute drive away and there are several small villages in the region that are worth visiting.
We have been visiting France in different locations for many years, but this time we are considering returning to Montbazin. This villa is definitely recommended for everyone.
