About this house rental
Hello and welcome to the Amagat. Provençal and family house.
It consists of 5 large bedrooms and a games room/living room of 60m2 where you can sleep with several people if you wish.
The house is 200m2 with 1 floor.
On the first floor, you will find the kitchen and bathroom (vintage but functional) as well as the large living room of 50 m2, 2 bedrooms and a toilet.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, the "games room/TV" room as well as a bathroom and 1 toilet.
The exterior is 1200m2. Umbrella pines, almond trees, fig trees... the garden is wooded.
On the kitchen side, you can have lunch in the shade of the olive tree.
As for the swimming pool (8x4.5m), you can enjoy it without major maintenance because it is salt. It is equipped with counter-current swimming for sportsmen.
The house is next to a campsite subject to strict regulations regarding sound entertainment.
We are located in the center of the Thau Archipelago.
5min walk from the center of Balaruc les Bains and the pond;
3min from the city's shopping center and 8min by car from Sète.
The beach of Aresquiers, Frontignan, or Sète are less than 10 minutes away by car.
Finally, Montpellier is 35 minutes from the house.
PS: depending on the period, the pool may be shared with the owners
