Charming southern French country house with large garden

Lovely rustic house perfectly located close to Sète, near to supermarkets etc and public transport to Montpellier and beyond. Car needed to get around. Owner met us to hand-over, gave good information on what to do and see. Very comfortable house with off road parking.

La maison, très bien située, est très bien équipée. L'accueil est parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

My wife - my dog and me spent two weeks in this little house in a quiet area of Balaruc.We stayed in the area for professional reasons. Strenghts would be the silence and the size of the house ( ideal for two to four i'd say ) and the ' very ) good internet and the charming friendlyness of the owner and her friend that welcomed us. Opportunities would be : installing a television ( there is only a small flatscreen - yet you can connect that to the internet ) The garden is also really particular : it is purely wild, not really taken care off when we were there- yet the fact of this garden being so wild/rough didn't disturb us ( it migth perhaps disturb other people though)

Nous souhaitons tout d’abord remercier sincèrement, la Propriétaire pour son excellent Accueil, et la remercier également pour sa Propriété dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, dès notre arrivée. Ici, le Calme est permanent, aucuns bruits, ni des Voisins, ni des rues environnantes, ni d’ailleurs… : nous avons vraiment apprécié cette Tranquillité durant tout notre Séjour. Le jardin, parfaitement clos de toutes parts, spacieux, et quasiment sans aucun vis à vis, a permis à notre chienne et notre chatte de s’ébattre en toute tranquillité. Quant à la Maison : sa Sérénité, le parfait confort de son Intérieur et surtout de sa literie, nous ont fait passé des journées, et de nuits, forts agréables. Nous recommanderons cette Propriété à nos meilleurs Amis et nous pensons revenir passer d’autres journées de Repos… Annick et Hervé vous remercient encore, Madame.
