About this villa rental
Magnificent and original recent contemporary architect-designed villa of 250 m2 in the shape of a spiral, winding around a superb patio of 80 m2 in wood and exotic vegetation, surrounded by a large terrace of 180 m2 lined with palm trees and leading to the superb infinity pool of 65 m2 (snail-shaped, with 10 linear meters of overflow), the 7-seater jacuzzi, and the dominant view over the valley. 4 bedrooms including 2 with private bathroom and 1 with private terrace, 1 independent bathroom, luxury services, all comfort (air conditioning, central aspiration, fireplace, LCD TV 136 cm, weight bench, large electric stainless steel plancha, neat decoration, large volumes in the kitchen and living room with exposed beams and mezzanine, many windows overlooking a large terrace, the patio, or the immense and magnificent landscaped garden of 4000 m2 without vis-à-vis, quiet and secure. The garden, the terraces, the patio and the pool are lit, giving a different atmosphere and very friendly from nightfall. Ideally located between the Mediterranean Sea (30 minutes) and the hinterland of the Hérault (20 minutes from the gorges of the Hérault), 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Montpellier, on the outskirts of a residential village of 2000 inhabitants surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and garrigue. Many activities on site: private multisport field (with petanque, ping-pong, archery, badminton, volleyball), hiking and mountain biking from the villa (bicycles not provided). Many activities in the surroundings: descent of the gorges of the Hérault by canoe, visit of the village of St Guilhem le Désert, Golf, tennis, karting circuit 10 minutes, bike rides or mountain biking, hiking, visit of the Camargue, Montpellier (place de la Comédie, museums,...), Sète, seafood tasting from the Thau lagoon, seaside resorts of Palavas, La Grand Motte, ...

We really enjoyed our stay at Bruno and Sylvie's beautiful house, which is located on a huge family plot with 3 houses (their brother's house, their mum's house and theirs). The house is completely independent with its own pool and garden, and located in a very quiet location, the only noise was from the crickets!
The infinity swimming pool is gorgeous with views on the village, and every night we could enjoy the beautiful sunset views. We had a few days of cool weather and strong wind, with the pool going down to 19 degrees instead of the usual 25 degrees, but you could enjoy the jacuzzi with the water at a constant 35 degrees!
Both Sylvie and Bruno were really nice and they welcomed us to the house on the first day with drinks and biscuits which was really kind.They were away during our stay but still answered any questions we had very quickly. They also recommended a number of things to do in the region, for example going on a canoe trip, visiting Saint Guilhem le Desert, Pelzenas and Montpellier. We would recommend the 4 hour canoe trip from Saint Guilhem and also recommend the Saturday morning market in Pelzenas.
The house is beautiful and well furbished. The closest village is about 2km away so you do need a car. All in all a great stay, and we would recommend this house to any families wanting a place to relax in the South of France.
A huge thank you to Sylvie and Bruno for their warm welcome! And we do hope we can come again to stay in the future.

Je tenais à remercier les propriétaires de cette magnifique villa,ultra fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût !nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêves dans un cadre idyllique, piscine,jacuzzi, terrain de pétanque...volley...en bref,des vacances parfaites!!je recommande cette location car c est un havre de paix!
Merci à Mr et Me Tancogne qui ont tous mis en œuvre pour nous satisfaire.

Nous avons passé une superbe quinzaine dans cette villa parfaitement équipée.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les moments passés sous la terrasse ombragée face à la piscine à débordement et à la vue magnifique notamment sur les couchers de soleil.
La villa est particulièrement bien agencée pour profiter les uns des autres et est extrêmement conviviale.
Le terrain de sport en contrebas à été largement utilisé et nous avons même organisé des olympiades !!!
Le seul bémol : le séjour nous a paru trop court 😄 et mériterait d’être prolongé !
