About this villa rental
Located on a plot of 2400m2 totally fenced, this villa built in 2021 offers you a furnished outdoor area (6-person dining table, gas barbeque, garden furniture, pergola), a swimming pool for you alone and which preserves your privacy, private parking. You will enjoy a quiet environment while being 20 minutes from Nice and its beaches, 20 minutes from the Principality of Monaco and about 45 minutes from Mercantour Park.
The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms (maximum 6 people):
2 bedrooms with 160X200 bed ( with air-conditioning) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds 90X190
Linen provided (sheets, towels, napkins)
Equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction hob, refrigerator and freezer.
A large screen TV in the living room and a TV in one of the bedrooms (parental bedroom)
A washing machine is available in the accommodation
For your arrival, a welcome kit is provided: basket for your first breakfast, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent.
A vehicle is essential for getting around.

We stayed three weeks in this lovely house. Everything was just perfect. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the relax area. House owner Luc was always helpful, but all in perfect privacy. We can really recommend this accomodation.

Wir wurden von Catherine und Luc herzlich in Empfang genommen und ausführlich eingewiesen. Ein Willkommenspaket mit leckerem Wein, Marmelade und anderen Köstlichkeiten hatten unsere Gastgeber für uns bereit gestellt. In diesem fast neuen Haus fehlte es an nichts und die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns optimal. Wir haben super Tage am privaten Pool verbracht, mit herzlichem Blick in die Berge. Nizza, Cannes und Monaco erreicht man innerhalb eine halben Stunde, also für uns optimal. Rundum ein schöner, gelungener Urlaub. Ach ja, unser Hund war herzlich willkommen!!!!! Wir kommen wieder… danke sehr 😍

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Luc.
Elle est spacieuse et bien équipée.
Tout est quasi neuf ou en excellent état.
Luc est très disponible et sympathique.
Le logement est proche des plages et villes à visiter.
Logement conforme aux photos.
