I offer you a beautiful Duplex apartment for 8 for rent in my villa which is situated right atop the cliff of the Pointe de la Garde with breathtaking views of the seaside and the beach in 180 ° views.
Silence is golden and guaranteed: the villa is sitting underneath the path, chemin de douaniers (GR34), just in between the path and the seaside, i.e. no cars, no traffic, and no noise. You and your family have a direct access to a two-minute walking path to the beach and the sea.
This beach apartment of 120m² is on the first and second floor of the high standard villa and has its own separate entry.
Its offers on the first floor:
a bedroom for two and a direct access to the terrace, a walk-in closed, a bathroom with a tub, a separate WC, a kitchen and a huge salon and living. The salon is equipped with a TV station (Jerzey channels available) as well as a HiFi station and a fireplace. The salon and the enclosed living are spotting fantastic views on the beach and the seaside. The salon and living have direct access each to the huge terrace, where you can enjoy the sun, your lunch, tea time and dinner or observe the kids playing on the beach while you are staying at home. The kitchen is fully equipped (4 ceram plates, fridge, dishwasher and microwave).
It offers on the 2nd floor:
A huge parent bedroom with a washing stand and a small balcony.
A 3-bed-bedroom with three single beds for kids, an additional children bed, as well as a washing stand.
There is a 1-bathroom with shower. A separate WC is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Please be aware that the access to the apartment is not fit for people who have walking difficulties!
A game sports’club for children is open during the summer months.
You have to bring your own bedsheet, towels and clean the apartment before departure
