Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo. Fully renovated and fitted out in 2024, it is situated just 300 m from the beach, has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a bright 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 880 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob….
- Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 5: one single bed (90×200)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 880 m²
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
