A fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker, ideal for preparing meals with ease. Three spacious bedrooms: A master bedroom with a double bed. A bedroom with a single bed. Double. A family dormitory with one double bed and three single beds, perfect for accommodating children or groups. Two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet for maximum comfort. A private 6-person jacuzzi on the terrace, offering an ideal relaxation space to unwind after a day of exploring. "The jacuzzi will be closed during the winter period, from November to March, due to weather conditions. However, upon request, we can put it back into operation so you can fully enjoy it, for an additional fee that includes filling and starting it up." A large enclosed garden, perfect for letting children or pets play safely, with a furnished terrace and barbecue for enjoying al fresco meals. 🚗 Private parking accessible to people with reduced mobility, so everyone can enjoy a hassle-free stay. 🤗 The house can accommodate up to 8 people, offering a peaceful, warm setting perfectly suited for a stay with family or friends. 🤗 Guests can enjoy the entire property, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. 🌳 The garden is completely private and partially enclosed, ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. Peace and quiet. 🚗 The parking is private, with a section specifically reserved for the cottage, ensuring convenient and comfortable access. 📞 The accommodations are located next to our house, allowing us to be easily available should you need any help or information during your stay. 💌 You can reach us by phone, email, or directly on site. We will be happy to answer your questions and advise you on activities and must-see places to discover. 🛁 The jacuzzi is thoroughly cleaned and maintained before your arrival to guarantee hygienic and enjoyable use. It must remain clean throughout your stay. A detailed information sheet will be provided for optimal and safe use. 🐾 Pets (2 maximum) are welcome, subject to prior authorization. Please ensure that pets do not jump on the beds or sofas, and tenants must clean up after their pets before departure to maintain cleanliness. Dogs that are aggressive towards other animals or children are not permitted in the accommodation. 🚗 The parking area is shared, with a section specifically reserved for the gîte, ensuring convenient and comfortable access. 🌳 The courtyard is partially enclosed, while the garden is entirely private, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. 🏓 Outdoor games are available in the garage area, including table tennis and shuffleboard.
