Savoyard chalet from 1826 and completely renovated in 2021 offers you a top-of-the-range service.
Neat decoration combining the charm of old wood and modern materials in contemporary volumes.

Chalet on 3 levels: Entrance with ski boot dryer and laundry room (washing machine and dryer), 3 toilets, 3 bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms and a dormitory room with 4 beds with bunk beds (2 beds of 190 and 2 beds of 160). Large living room and living room with wood stove closed fireplace opening onto a superb south-facing terrace in front of Bellecôte.
Ski room.
Chalet VALLEE-BELLECOTE is located in the south-facing and quiet part of the village of Peisey-Nancroix in the heart of the vast Paradiski estate.
Access to skiing on foot 200 meters from the ski lifts.
Paradiski Area: direct access:
Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, La Plagne.
Parking spaces nearby
-Sport 2000 where Mr Noz rents us the skis (with between 20 and 30% discount depending on the period).

Cleaning fee (mandatory) with entry and exit + sheets and towel: 400€ at the delivery of the keys to be paid directly to the cleaning lady. (Dog option: 120€).
Arrival between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm (notify the cleaning lady by phone).
Departure in the morning between 9:30 and 10:00 at the latest.
Weekly rate from Saturday to Saturday from 3000 to 7600€
I. Before departure: duties of tenants
- We kindly ask you to return the villa in the same state of storage as when you arrived:
o Tidy kitchen and clean dishes stored in the cupboards;
o Rooms with dirty sheets and towels folded over the beds to facilitate exit inventory;
o Wood stove and stove glass cleaned;
o General cleanliness with bin emptied and deposited in the selective sorting collectors which is located next to the village and tidying up the chalet as when you arrived.
- Report to the person responsible for entering and leaving the chalet any damage or breakage, damaged or stained fabrics.
