About this chalet rental
Superb top of the range chalet, brand new (completed in 2020), very well located in the resort "LA PLAGNE- LES COCHES" at the foot of the slopes of the Paradiski ski area with a magnificent Mont Blanc view.
We rent our brand new chalet for 12 people, ski in ski out, located in the centre of the LA PLAGNE-PARADISKI ski area (Les Arcs area + La Plagne area = 3rd largest ski area in the world), offering 425kms of skiable runs.
Our Chalet is just opposite the slopes (Petit Sauget ski lift) and the ESF Piou-Piou children's departure point, also just opposite the Lac Noir cable car (which takes you to the Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas) and the Télébufette (free of charge, allowing you to reach the centre of the resort until 5.30 pm).
The exceptional location of the chalet "Le Lac Noir" allows you to park your car on arrival (private car park at the bottom of the chalet) and not touch it again. You can do your shopping on foot (6min) or by taking the Télébufette cable car (200m from the chalet).
You can access the resort of Les ARCS by the Vanoise Express cable car (by taking the Lac Noir cable car located opposite the chalet).
The chalet in the commune of La PLAGNE TARENTAISE, LES COCHES (73210 Montchavin- Les Coches), is located in the HAMEAU DES CHAMOIS composed of 8 new HIGH-END CHALETS completed at the end of 2019 and 2020.
The chalet of 165m² is composed of 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, 4 WC.
On the ground floor, you have a large living room: living room and kitchen with a splendid view of the valley and the Mont Blanc, large balcony on the valley side and a beautiful terrace. A cloakroom completes the whole to store and dry your stuff when you come back from skiing.
On level +1, two bedrooms (with TV) and two shower/bathrooms with WC.

Living room with large corner sofa and dining room with a large wooden table and 12 chairs, TV, wood stove (wood provided by us) and a Marshall speaker.
Terrace with a 2.40m outdoor table and deckchairs.
Very comfortable and cosy chalet, underfloor heating in bedrooms on level 1 and living rooms.
Hair dryer 2200W in each bathroom/shower.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

Possibility of adding a cleaning service during your stay on request.
We have a second identical chalet for 12 people and 1 flat with 1 bedroom for 4 people if there are too many of you for a chalet.

- Delivery service of fresh bread and pastries in the morning (service provided by our trusted person who will give you the information on your arrival).
- Possibility of putting you in touch with the owners of neighbouring chalets if your week is unavailable in our chalet or if you wish to come in greater numbers and rent an additional chalet (subject to availability).
- The bedding is new and of high quality, the duvets and pillows are new (soft pillow or "memory foam" as you wish), hotel mattress "special back" high quality.
- Sheets, towels and cleaning are included (sheets are not included in summer). Beds made on arrival.
