About this chalet rental

family cottage completely renovated in 2015, the charm of a small station opening on one of the largest ski area in the world Paradiski (Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry, La Plagne)
The chalet consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living / dining room, 2 separate toilets, a large terrace and a balcony with beautiful mountain views. Any comfort with kitchen, washing machine and dryer, fireplace, raclette, fondue, hot stone ...
Located near the resort center, at the slopes, ski school, shops, restaurants, bars ...
Possibility of sleeping up to 12 with the sofa bed in the lounge.
The chalet has its own ski room with heated boot automatically for 10 pairs.

The chalet is great for a large family group with the large living/dining area. It was spotless and very comforatable. The hot tub was great. The negative points are that there are only 2 toilets and no wash basin in the toilets. Only one toilet in the lower floor where there are 4 double bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped but we were misled that there was a beans to cup coffee machine! There is a filter machine. We had water driping from the wall in a couple of places but maitenance was quick to respond. We had someone sleeping in the TV room and were aware that there were no curtains or blinds but not that there was no door! The ski locker near the lift was great but it would have helped to have more keys for it or a keycode lock so more of us could make use of it.

The chalet is nice, and in a good location, but had problems that weren’t dealt with properly. The hot tub was not heating up and could not be used which was disappointing as this was a key reason we booked and all the kids were really looking forward to using it. Also we had water leaking through the ceiling. Both faults were reported but not resolved. The only communication we received was that a technician had been called, it was clear the management company didn’t care. The owner initially said he would consider compensation for the hot tub not working, he then said he wouldn’t as when we booked the hot tub was not installed or advertised. I sent him an email from 2 days before the booking, between the 2 of us which clearly proved this was incorrect. After that point he never replied to emails despite being asked to do so, which left a bad taste and was a real shame!
