About this house rental
New contemporary house with large windows and high-quality finishes, located in the charming village of Belgodère, close to the beaches (Lozari 9 min), L'Île-Rousse (15 min), and Calvi (30 min).
A comprehensive website is available upon request, with all photos, videos, information on activities, restaurants, local recommendations, and tips. You can also find us on our FB page under the name of "Belgodère" with all our contact details.
Single-story detached house, with no immediate neighbors, offering free private parking and an exceptional view of the Regino valley from the terraces. Ideal for 2 people or 2 adults with 1 to 2 children (sofa bed for children up to 12 years old). Perfect for relaxing, enjoying the beach, and exploring the Balagne region.
• Area: 55 m² + 40 m² of terraces
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, can be separated into 2 single beds of 80 cm), TV, and air conditioning
• Bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and separate WC
• Living room with TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and sofa bed
• Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
The house is newly built and complies with the latest insulation and solar protection standards, featuring sliding shutters, electric solar screens, and indoor blinds on all windows, in addition to air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

• Baby equipment (high chair, travel cot, changing mat, etc.) also available upon request
Outdoor area: Two terraces equipped for your comfort, with a garden set for 4 people, a dining table for 6 people, parasols, a WEBER electric barbecue, and a solarium with sun loungers, offering a stunning view of the village of Belgodère and the Regino valley.
• Smoking is permitted only outside, on the terraces.
• No pets allowed.
Access and parking: Private house with free parking. Please note, access is via a steep, concrete mountain road.
Rates: Weekly rental, variable depending on the season, from Saturday to Saturday. The rate includes all charges, wifi, mandatory cleaning, parking, tourist tax, etc.
• Arrival on Saturday from 3:00 PM, departure the following Saturday after an inspection and check-out by 9:00 AM.
• Key handover via a keybox, with a warm welcome from a local contact (Saturday evening or Sunday morning).
• Property inspection upon arrival and departure.

We felt very comfortable. The owner gave us good tips for excursions. The view of the mountains from the vacation home is wonderful. We also really enjoyed the sea. It's only a 15-minute drive to beautiful beaches.
The only small issue is that the description lists a whirlpool as a feature. But this is not available.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la Volpe
Equipement au top, il ne manque rien.
L'orientation des terrasses permet de profiter au mieux de du paysage suivant les heures de la journée, avec en prime le couché du soleil.
Le village de Belgodère dispose des commerces et permet de partir au quatre coin de la Balagne
Le seul petit bémol est le stationnement dans l'une des deux rampes, il faut prendre le coup de main.
Nous recommandons cette mini Villa qui nous a séduite

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement parfaitement aménagé et équipé (y compris avec un bébé, dès lors où on prend le pack en option). Le cadre est vraiment superbe. Nous avons également bien profité de la grande terrasse. On reviendrait avec grand plaisir ! On trouve plein d'infos utiles dans le livre d'accueil, ou directement auprès de Gil ou de sa soeur.
