About this house rental
Located in Balagne between sea and mountains, charming apartment completely renovated in its village house in the heart of Belgodère. Terrace and breathtaking view of the sea.

1 bedroom with double bed 140, bathroom with shower and toilet, new fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), living room with double sofa bed 160, washing machine, TV and wifi.

Enjoy the calm of the village while being close to the most beautiful sites of the Balagne. Close to the beautiful beach of Lozari 10 minutes (by car), Ile Rousse 15 minutes (by car), the beach of Ostriconi, the beaches of the Agriates desert (Saleccia, Lotu), natural swimming pools, typical villages and hiking trails (paths, rivers), craftsmen's route.

Bed linen and towels are not included. They are available as options:
- 25€ for 2 people (bed linen + towels)
- 20€ for 1 person (bed linen + towels)
A travel cot can be made available on request, subject to availability. You can let us know before your arrival.
The arrival and departure times are given as an indication: arrival from 5 pm and departure before 10 am. They can be adjusted according to availability, the organisation of key collection and cleaning between two stays.
When leaving, we thank you for leaving the accommodation tidy and in a suitable condition out of respect for the premises and for the people who intervene after your stay.
The bins are to be deposited at the selective sorting point located at the exit of the village. We will explain all this to you on site.
Any problems must be reported to us before you leave.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. La terrasse avec vue mer .. et sur le vol des milans est un vrai plus. Le centre village est tout proche. Très bon accueil de Béatrice. Suggestions pour améliorer encore: un rideau plus occultant pour la chambre et une possibilité de location de literie / serviettes pour limiter la charge des bagages..

Accueil très agréable et bien veillant des propriétaires.
Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines de vacances dans cette agréable location décorée avec beaucoup de goût.
Nous avions une vue superbe avec de magnifiques couchers du soleil. Et pour notre plus grand bonheur, chaque jour, le spectacle magnifique des Milans Royaux tournoyants au-dessus de nos têtes.
Par ailleurs, Belgodère est un petit village authentique et vivant. Il est agréable de s'y balader ou de se poser à la terrasse des cafés.
