It has a very beautiful, bright, spacious living room, with its sofa bed, opening onto a beautiful 30 m2 stone terrace, equipped with its outdoor furniture, with a view of the mountain. A 2nd wooden terrace, also of 30 m2 and equipped, is at your disposal at the back of the house; both can allow you to have lunch or enjoy the sunshine.

This house has an apartment on the 1st floor which has 3 bedrooms with sleeping capacity for 8 people. It can be rented separately, but is completely independent. Its access is via an external staircase at the back of the house; the entry of vehicles is also through a different gate.
The exterior layout allows total independence of the 2 dwellings.
Sound insulation between the 2 levels will ensure you peace of mind.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen rental is optional.
All you have to do is report it to the owner as soon as possible in order to organize it.

The complete KIT includes sheets + towels (one large, one small and one glove).
The invoicing of the rental of sheets cannot be done via the Vrbo website and will therefore be paid to the owner by sending a check 1 month before arrival.

IMPORTANT: as soon as you have made your reservation, you will need to communicate, via the site's messaging system, your exact contact details (NAME, First Name, Address, mobile phone number) so that a seasonal rental contract can be sent to you as soon as possible. 1 copy must be returned duly signed to the owner.

You are asked for a cleaning fee for your stay (disinfection of the premises, linen), it being agreed that you must leave the kitchen degreased, the sanitary facilities clean and the bins evacuated.
