We offer you our villa of 140 m2 located in a quiet residential area, on the heights of Sartène, only 10 minutes from the first beaches and swimming in the river. The house is fully fenced. Private indoor parking for 2 vehicles, outdoor parking for 3 vehicles. Fully air-conditioned villa.

Enjoy the private swimming pool and a very large panoramic terrace, at any time of the day, shaded by a two-hundred-year-old pear tree and not overlooked. Its view of the VALINCO Golf Course and the Aiguilles de Bavella is remarkable and you will not tire of the magnificent sunsets! Relax with a game of pétanque on our bowling alley on the first floor.
The house consists of 3 levels (on half levels):
- First floor: fitted kitchen, scullery, access to the terrace, access to the swimming pool, toilet, pantry.
- 1st landing: entrance hall, patio access, large living room
- 2nd landing: 2 bedrooms, shower room with toilet
- 3rd landing: 2 bedrooms, shower room
