Large house (190m2) very quiet, comfortable, large terrace of 100m2 in teak on 3500m2 of land for more tranquility. 180o panoramic view of the sea and Propiano. Exceptional view for your breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Swimming pool (11x4) with overflow and heated (except summer) and a pool house including an outdoor shower, a plancha for your grills and lunch by the pool.

Brand new house very quiet in the middle of the wood with a 20000sqf terasse. Heated swimming pool and separate kitchen outside for all your barbecues.

Wir haben einen herrlichen 2-wöchigen Familienurlaub in diesem großzügigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus mit dem traumhaften Blick von der großen Terrasse wie auch vom Garten auf Propriano und das Meer verbracht. Ein Genuss der schöne Pool, aus dem unsere Enkelkinder fast nicht herauszubekommen waren.

Tres belle maison, calme, confortable avec une vue imprenable sur le golf de propriano! Mais plusieurs détails ne sont pas à la hauteur des prestations attendues... Le jardin est a l'abandon (champ de mauvaises herbes pour accéder à la piscine), problème de traitement de la piscine du coup elle était verte au bout d'une semaine, des chaises longues déchirées heureusement remplacées par de confortables coussins de piscine, la table du pool house est bien trop petite et de piètre qualité, le frigo est beaucoup trop petit pour 10 personnes....
