About this house rental
Comfortable detached house of 100 m² of living space on land of about 580 m² planted with trees and enclosed, BBC built in 2015, a stone's throw from the city center and amenities (shops, bike rental and Intermarché), starting 20 m from the cycle path leading to the beautiful beach of La Rémigeasse about 10 minutes away.
Tiled terrace with table, chairs, garden furniture, sofa, 2 armchairs and parasol.
It consists of:
- a beautiful sunny living room (bay window opening onto tiled terrace, contemporary equipment, chaise longue, flat screen TV, internet (wifi)
- dining area with table and 6 chairs, buffet
- fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, hood, electric oven, cold door, microwave, dishwasher, combined freezer, fridge, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso) and many accessories
- 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1 with bed 160, French window to terrace with deckchairs
- Bedroom 2 with a 140 bed
- Bedroom 3 with two 90 cm beds

- a bathroom with window, walk-in shower, toilet, wall cupboard

Propriété parfaitement placée : légèrement à l'écart des zones ultra touristiques et cependant proche de tout : plages, commerces, pistes cyclables...
Maison ultra équipée et confortable. Literie de grand niveau. Jardin ombragé très agréable.
En bref, un séjour de rêve.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec un temps superbe et une région magnifique.
La maison est très bien équipée, très lumineuse et extrêmement propre. La literie est de qualité. La maison est située proche des commerces (accessibles à pied) et proche de la grande rue. Néanmoins, positionnée au fond d’un petit lotissement pavillonnaire on n’entend absolument pas le bruit de la route. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires charmants qui nous ont conseillé visites et restaurants. Nous y retrournerons avec plaisir!
