Welcome to L'Odyssée, a pleasant single-storey house located in Dolus-d'Oléron, in the immediate vicinity of the shops and only 2 kilometers from the beaches. Spacious and comfortable, it is ideal for accommodating up to 8 people for a holiday with family or friends on the Ile d'Oléron.
As soon as you arrive, you will appreciate its vast enclosed grounds of 2,000 m², perfect for enjoying the sunny days in peace. The terrace equipped with an awning will allow you to share your meals outside while the bright veranda offers a pleasant space to relax whatever the weather.
The interior consists of a large bright living room with living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen including a filter coffee maker, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a kettle, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and everything you need to cook comfortably. A pantry completes the equipment with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a freezer.
On the night side, the house has two bedrooms each equipped with a 140 cm double bed and storage. A third family room offers a 140 cm double bed as well as two 90 cm bunk beds, allowing parents and children to comfortably accommodate. A bathroom with bathtub, a separate bathroom with shower and two toilets complete the layout of the house.
Outside, the large enclosed garden invites you to relax, with its garden furniture, sunbeds and solid barbecue to make the most of the sunny days. Several vehicles can be parked inside the property, directly in the large enclosed garden, offering comfort and safety during your stay.
Bed linen and towels are also included and prepared for your arrival to guarantee you a stress-free stay. This non-smoking house does not allow pets.
