About this villa rental
Villa 80m2 ideal for 4 persons and possible for 6 (including children). The villa was completely renovated in 2021 and is classified 3 stars. Located in a quiet neighborhood, in the center of Andernos. The main beach is 100m away, at the end of the street, shops, restaurants, oyster port and entertainments are all a short distance away.
GROUND FLOOR : large bright living room with dining area and access to the little city garden and the sun wood terrace. Open kitchen, two bedrooms, toilets and bathroom with bathtub and shower.
MEZZANINE : large and comfortable room for 2 persons (bed 140x190). Bathroom with shower, and WC. Reading corner. A private parking is at the entrance of the garden. Home decoration is modern, embellished with works of local artists, and mostly new equipment. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi, barbecue, garden furnitures...
End of stay cleaning is included, supply of beds and bathroom linen is a chargeable service (price calculated according to the number of people). Decreasing rate -10% on the second week in July an August.
Andernos is an active oyster port and a pleasant family seaside town of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Many leisure activities and still wide places are to be discovered.

The house is located centrally in Andernos near the bay and the markets. but also in a quiet street. It was spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped and with a meticulously designed and decorated interior. The owners were very helpful and available and Dany gave us great tips about the area. We had a great time with theee kids. To be repeated :-)

Excellent point de départ pour découvrir le bassin, les plages océan et Andernos, selon les marées.
Dany est aux petits soins et prodigue de nombreux conseils d'endroits à découvrir.

la maison est super, très bien équipée en électroménager, vaisselle et connexion internet. Rien ne manque. Autre point positif, les commerces et la plage sont à proximité, les rues sont praticables notamment pour les fauteuils roulants,ce qui a permis à mon mari qui est handicapé de se promener sans problème. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil

Au bout de l’allée (environ 200m), plage très familiale, peu de monde : très très positif.
Maison très accueillante, semblable à l’annonce
Petit bémol : extérieur trop petit (nous avons trois enfants)
+++ : une place de parking à côté de la maison!! (C’est une denrée rare)
