Owners are polite and positive, ready to help and advise on some exciting places. The apartment is clean and cosy it also has a balcony with a great view of president park also we didn't hear some noise at night which was important for us. The entrance to the courtyard and house is secured with code panel.
just advice for travellers who don't know the Polish language :) -- clarify details about how to enter the courtyard and house or how to meet with owners before arrival (for me it was difficult to understand such details by phone)

I need to call few times (in 30 minutes interval) to be able to reach person which was passing me the keys. Although this very stressful situation, stay was ok.
