Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, piekarnik, lodówka, w łazience pralka. Jest nawet żelazko i odkurzacz.
Przydałoby się posprzątać w rogach każdego pomieszczenia i w szafie na ubrania.

Dobra lokalizacja, jak ktoś chce odpocząć przy spacerach na plaży. Budynek tuż przy Parku, i widok z balkonu na park umila odpoczynek przy porannej kawie. W pobliżu są dwie biedronki i mała galeria.
