About this apartment rental
The lovely apartment has a warm and cosy atmosphere, located on the top floor of a small building in the center of the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. recently renovated, it has been tastefully decorated throughout. There is an nice South facing balcony looking out onto the pistes in the Winter & the gentle pasture in Summer. Its proximity to the ski slopes (5mins), as well as the village makes it ideal for a family holiday!
This roomy apartment(50m²) sleeps up to 6 in 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are linked together). There is a bathroom with bath & shower, toilet & basin. There's also a separate toilet in the hall. The living area is an open plan space with the kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and micro-wave. The kitchen opens out onto the south facing balcony which is a great area to enjoy the sun and the views! The lounge is very comfortable, with ample seating, a working chimney and you'll surely love the little alcove set up with mattress & cushions ideal for a quiet read, to relax or simply sit back & enjoy the views. There's a large cellar with loads of storage space.
The apartment has 2 private parking spaces, a ski locker and is within easy walking distance of the local shops and restaurants. It's within easy access to the Floria & Chatelet ski lifts located about 10mins on foot. There is an excellent free ski-bus service to Le Grand Bornand (6 km) and to the resort of La Clusaz (12 km) which stops opposite the apt. The beautiful lakeside town of Annecy can be reached in 40 minutes.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
