Here are the things we did bid not like at all:
- lost of 1 day by checking-in at 5 pm & checking-out at 10 am. For your information, the std hotel operation 3 pm checking & 12 am check out. When asked why such practice, the answer is not enough manpower for the cleaning.
- no way to communicate or have hotel assistance after 7 pm
- the cleaning requirement could be from a poor accommodation rental.
