Location is fantastic. Just opposite the tourist office and lift down to the slopes. Directly above the Sherpa supermarket and on the same street as decent bars and restaurants. Good sized living areas with plenty of space.

The kitchenware is very poor quality. Lots of plates were chipped and glasses with large cracks in. It’s a shame because actually for very little outlay it would change the stay from just ok to fantastic. We did not have a baby but the highchair and cot were almost vintage which looks quaint but not cleanable. We were asked to clean the property which we did but the standard of cleaning prior to our arrival was lower than I would have expected. Also, towels weren’t included (which we knew). We asked to rent them prior to arrival. When they arrived (second day which meant we didn’t have them when we arrived late at night) they were honestly only fit for the bin. Hard scratchy and discoloured, and only 2 of 8 were big enough to use as a bath towel. I would have been embarrassed to give those to a guest to use. We went to the Spa and borrowed decent towels from there and would recommend future guests either take their own towels or hire from the spa instead of the owner directly.
