Welcome to this superb house offering you an incredible sea view at the front and back of the house! Just 200 metres from the beach, you can fully enjoy the sunshine and the salty sea air to recharge your batteries. Its decoration is an invitation to rest and its terrace is perfect for sharing moments of conviviality around a barbecue. For optimal comfort during your nights, the house has air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. Nothing better for a successful stay!
It is a 130 m² tastefully furnished house located in Assérac. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with WC, including one outside, ideal for returning from the beach and can accommodate up to 9 people. The house has outdoor parking, a garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Within the rental, you will find an iron, internet access via Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and a television. As for the fully equipped American kitchen, it has induction hobs, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a deep fryer, a toaster and a kettle.

Belle propriété bien équipée située à 2 pas de la mer dans un endroit calme.

The House is nice located in a very quiet neighbourhood. It is very old but nice renovated and cozy. Unfortunately it smells a bit. Some things were moldy like the baby chair which we couldn’t use as well as plates and some kitchen stuff which was moldy. The sleeping room downstairs is moldy as well. In the attic are living animals which are running around at night. The lovely host came twice to fix the problem, but the animals stayed. It was a nice stay in a very lovely area. So much beautiful cities close by.
