Maison très agréable calme et relookée avec gout. Extérieur sympa. Un plus pour petits et grands: la piscine de la résidence Egalement à noter: Le village de St Denis tout proche son marché, sa belle plage facile d'accès, son port qui permet de rejoindre l'île d'Aix.

Localisation parfaite sur Oleron, à 2 pas de la plage, loin des commerces mais qui sont accessibles à 15 min environ en vélo. La maison est bien pour 2 personnes, bien équipée. Les vélos n'étaient malheureusement pas fonctionnels mais ce sera apparemment bientôt réglé. La terrasse est bien exposée devant la maison. Le quartier est calme. Je recommande.
