About this house rental
It is a small simple fisherman's house, with a surface area of around one hundred square meters, located in the heart of Chaucre, classified among the beautiful villages of the island of Oléron and eight hundred meters from the beach .
It should be noted that the owners being passionate about Egyptology, Egyptian frescoes adorn the rooms of the house.
It has a living room with a fireplace and two bedrooms. The larger one with two 90 cm beds and the second, smaller one with a 140 cm bed.
The kitchen has complete equipment (traditional ovens and microwave, hot plate, fridge and freezer.
In the living room you will find a TV with DVD player as well as a stereo with CD player.
The bathroom contains the washing machine and has hot water from an electric accumulator.
Double insulation keeps the house cool in summer.

La maison est super mais il fait tres humide lorsqu'il pleut dehors. Il y a pleins de petits insectes noirs qui envahissent la maison. La propriété est éloigner de toutes les activités à voir et à visiter c est dommage. Super accueil du propriétaire.

Belle découverte de l’ile et plus précisément des environs de chaucre. Lieu idéal pour sillonner l’ile. Seul manque un espace extérieur.

La location confortable est conforme au descriptif et bien située près de la plage de Chaucre. Le propriétaire est très sympathique de même que la personne chargée de remettre les clefs. En résumé un agréable séjour conforme à nos attentes.
