About this house rental
Located in the typical village of Gautrie, one of the last fishing villages of the island and a stone's throw from the Chassiron lighthouse which watches over the end of the world, the recently renovated house awaits you for your next vacation.
The hamlet exudes calm and tranquility while being close to the town center and its shops, the daily market in summer, its port, the beaches and the many cycle paths that cross the island. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast in the garden in the shade of the fig tree.
This large enclosed garden will allow you to enjoy the sun out of sight. A nap on the deckchairs is recommended under the fig or mulberry tree. On the bench or on the deckchairs, you can read quietly or take part in outdoor games. A barbecue is installed under the arbor and you can enjoy specialties from the Island.
From the house, you will go directly to the places of fishing on foot
The house consists of three bedrooms (one bedroom with a 140 bed, and two other bedrooms with four 90 beds and a baby cot), a large living room (tv), an equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, ovens, many utensils, baby chair, ..) overlooking the garden, 2 separate toilets, a large cellar ...
It is therefore the ideal place to spend summer holidays in this family and very friendly seaside resort at the forefront of the world, place of departure for cruises to Fort Boyard, the island of Aix or La Rochelle,

We had a very nice and relaxing vacation. We liked the house very much. The house is in a very quiet area. It is very well equipped and we especially liked the large garden with the big fig tree. On foot or by bike you can go on very nice excursions.
