About this apartment rental
In a charming authentic Gard village, surrounded by vineyards, accommodation of 70 m2, AIR-CONDITIONED including 2 spacious bedrooms (A double bed of 140X200 and a double bed 2X80X200 electric), bathroom (walk-in shower + WC), a large living room including living room and kitchen (TV, internet, sofa with chaise longue, fitted kitchen with dining area for 4 people, classic coffee maker and Nespresso, juicer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, egg cooker, teapot, washing machine...)
Linen provided and beds will be made on arrival (towels, dish towels, tablecloths, napkins)
Cleaning and maintenance of household linen is included in the rental price
2 terraces, private garden, plancha, access to the secure swimming pool (shared with the owners).
We have at the disposal of parents who need it for their children a cot, a high chair.
The Gardon is 500 metres away (swimming). Remarkable heritage nearby (Uzès, Pont du Gard, Nîmes 30 kilometres away, Montpellier 3/4 of an hour away, Anduze, gateway to the Cévennes and its famous bamboo grove 10 minutes away, medieval dive in Vézénobres, located 5 km away, multiple hiking trails.
Sylvie, painter and Frédéric, history and geography teacher and tour guide are at your service to help you organize your stay.

Un grand merci à Sylvie et Frédéric pour leur accueil très chaleureux, leur disponibilité et gentillesse. La maison est charmante, joliment décorée et bien équipée. La localisation est idéale proche de sites remarquables ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, Nous reviendrons !

Le gîte est tout simplement génial.Il est conforme à ce qui est décrit sur le site et même mieux.Grand confort et espace garanti.Que dire de l'accueil de Sylvie et Frédéric!Rarement il nous a été proposé autant d'assistance et de bons conseils pendant le séjour.Bravo aux propriétaires dont la continuation dans leur projet de location semble très prometteuse
