The cottage has private access for travelers.
A large room of 15 m2 with direct access and ground floor to a partially covered terrace. Large bed of 1m60 / 2m separable into 2 beds of 80cm / 2m. A wardrobe, a small office
You will also have an equipped kitchen and a nice living room the whole of 32 m2 in the spirit of the country with visible stones and a wood stove for the evenings of winter.
The bathroom is only for travelers with separate toilets.
In the garden on the terrace, a wrought iron table and garden chairs are on the terrace for moments of relaxation guaranteed.
A BBQ is also at your disposal
Nice well maintained garden.
wardrobe / night tables / Wifi.
In the living room there is also a sofa bed. (extra charge if more than 2 people)
Kitchen available to prepare your meals, lunch and dinner.
I wish the well being of my guests and I leave them all autonomy. I am for the exchanges in the respect of the well being of each one, so I would be at your disposal if you express the need.
On request, for a fee, I can give a sewing course, or Liberty fusible appliqués. In summer, I can also give a sawtooth for puzzle making.
I will ask holidaymakers not to come with our animal friends, it will avoid severe asthma attacks on dogs and cats and also
for a question of hygiene both inside the house and in the property. Thanks for taking it into account.
I also rent the cottage only to non-smokers.
On arrival, I will ask for a deposit of 150 € either in the form of a check or in cash. This sum will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything is in good condition.
For the household 30 € will be asked.

Le gite est très bien pensé, agencé et décoré. Tout simplement, on s’y sent bien.
Nous tenons à remercier Anne pour son accueil et son sourire. Nous avons perçu chez elle son désir de faire en sorte que ses hôtes se sentent en quelque sorte dans leur maison de campagne. C’est réussi !
Nous reviendrons aussi pour les cigales, les oiseaux qui ont bercé chaque matin notre réveil et pour découvrir encore un peu plus cette magnifique vallée du Gardon bordée de ces très jolis villages médiévaux, pleins d’histoire (Épopée Huguenote) où il fait bons se promener.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Mme Choppinet ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dommage que l'on se sent surveillé en permanence et qu'il n'y ait pas un règlement affiché, ce qui éviterait de faire des impairs sans le savoir. Pas de télé c'est dommage, surtout quand il fait mauvais temps, ce qui arrive aussi dans le Gard.
