About this cottage rental
Oriented southwest, in the middle of a plot of 1.5 hectares, a cevenol farmhouse whose former barn was restored as a cottage in 2015.
With a surface of 85 m ², composed of a kitchen, a room of life and a room of bath-toilet on the rez of putting on, and on the floor of a room of 25 m ² (lit140) and a mezzanine of 15m ² (bed 140 and bed 90).
Fully isolated housing (walls and windows). Electric storage heating and heat pump for the winter and air conditioning night area for the summer (supplement electricity by dedicated meter for these facilities of comfort = some euros if normal use).
The cottage has a large shaded terrace (pergola). A private access leads you there and a car / motorbike shelter is at your disposal with video surveillance. Hybrid vehicle charging station.
No vis-à-vis with the home of the owners. No common opening; you are totally independent.
It is possible to store the bike of our guests (if any) among those of your host in a closed and secure garage.
Only lodging on the site. Very quiet place, allowing rest, relaxing in a hammock next to the well or installed under the olive trees. A 180 ° view of the surrounding countryside from Mont Lozère on the left to Pic St Loup. Swimming in white water at 5km or in the blue at 1h00 drive (80km).
Bakery, bar, newsagent, restaurant, pizzeria, grocery 500 meters. Supermarket and other shops at 2 kilometers.
Linen included except towels.
Animals are not allowed for hygiene reasons.
