The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Cardet, with a surface area of 125 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests.
Located on the first floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 65 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a private courtyard of approximately 95 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 65 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)
- One bedroom with two single beds
- A sofa bed and a single bed in the mezzanine area
- A bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub
- A separate WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, air conditioning, iron and ironing board.
Exterior:
- A terrace, a private courtyard with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Cardet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
